Do I have to move my website to Votel to use the chat widget, phone number and booking?

No. You can keep your website on WordPress or any other platform and still use Votel. Add the Votel website chat widget, the phone number you bought, Votel forms and calendar booking to your existing site with their embed codes. None of it has to be hosted in Votel.

Moving the site is optional and only needed if you want Votel to host it. In that case import it (Websites, create a website project, Pages, New, Import from URL) and then point your domain to Votel so it goes live there.

For a client's site, give the client the embed code to add the widget. If the client has no administrator and does not know how to add it, you can import their site into Votel, make the changes and host it for them, and have them point their domain to you. Otherwise the client, or whoever built the site, needs to give you access.
