Can Votel manage and post social media for me and my clients?
Yes. Go to Calendars, then the Social Media tab, to connect and manage social media accounts and to schedule and publish posts. You can connect pretty much every major platform, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and YouTube, and post to several platforms at once. You can manage all of a client's social media from one place, separately for each business. Votel can also respond to WordPress comments.
You can create posts in two ways:
- Manually: connect the platform, upload the image, write the caption and schedule the post. This uses no AI.
- With the AI assistant: tell it to make social media posts, design a post or make an image, describe what you want, and it designs and schedules them. This is the easiest way.
For posts that match each brand, create an AI Brand Kit under Library. Enter a website URL and it studies the brand and creates a brand identity file with its colors, fonts and so on. Posts and images are then created with that brand identity. The Library also has AI Image Gen and AI Video tabs for creating other content.
Messages and comments from connected channels arrive in the unified inbox, and AI agents can follow up on comments and messages where the platform allows it. If you already use another social posting tool that has an MCP, you can connect it to the AI assistant under Assistant settings and control it from there.
